Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@liftae.com. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

Refunds on Subscriptions Cancellations made after a charge has already been processed will not be refunded for that billing cycle but will prevent all future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

Pausing Your Subscription If you would like to pause rather than cancel your subscription, contact us at support@liftae.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Changes to Your Subscription To change your subscription frequency, quantity, or shipping address, please contact us at support@liftae.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
