Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time Estimated delivery times: United States: 6–11 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs Standard shipping is $2.99 on all orders. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delays While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occur due to high shipping demand, weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays. These situations are outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist if issues arise.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages Liftae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
