Refund policy

Last updated: March 24, 2026 We want you to love every purchase from Liftae. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return or refund: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The product must be in the same condition you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used skincare or personal-care products.

3. Non-Returnable Items Opened or used products. Sale or discounted items. Gift cards or downloadable content.

4. How to Start a Return To begin a return, please contact us at support@liftae.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, contact your bank or card provider. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@liftae.com.

6. Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact support@liftae.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet: Check your bank or credit card account again. Contact your payment provider — sometimes refunds take time to process. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@liftae.com.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will quickly review and send a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
